Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

We offer office and residential cleaning services including regular cleans, deep cleans, and add-on services such as oven cleaning, laundry, and more. Services will be performed as agreed upon during booking.

2. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply (see Section 5).

3. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment

We provide all necessary cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed. If you prefer specific products to be used, please notify us in advance.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the size and condition of the home and the services requested.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash or E-transfer

  • Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the original quote.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments (e.g., no one home, no access) will also incur this fee.

6. Liability

While we take great care in every service we provide, Ivory & Sage Cleaning Co. will not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property, fixtures, or furnishings.

  • Normal wear and tear, improper installation, or weak/insecure items (e.g., loose shelves, fragile decor).

  • Damage caused by cleaning products supplied by the client.

  • Injury or harm to persons or pets during service, unless caused by proven negligence.

Clients agree to inform us of any delicate or high-risk items before service. By booking a cleaning, you agree to release Ivory & Sag Cleaning Co, its employees, and contractors from liability for damages or losses not resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.​

7. Pets

We are pet-friendly, but for safety and efficiency, we ask that pets be secured during the clean. Please inform us of any special instructions related to pets.

9. Health & Safety

If conditions in the home pose a health risk (e.g., mold, pests, hazardous waste), we reserve the right to decline or stop the service.

10. Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and is never shared or sold. We respect your privacy and only collect information necessary to provide our services.
